Something is in the Air‏ Sent: Tue 2/04/14 1:58 PM

Hello Mom and Family,
Well this week was really cool! something feels different than any other time on my mission. the spirit is so strong in the mission right now. its really so much fun to be a missionary! i really want everyone to feel this spirit because it is the best feeling. i really love my mission. it is the best decision i have ever made. now that the lord is moving things a lot faster its exciting. dont you just want to talk and tell everybody? i do and its so cool!
it was a little bit icy in the early part of the week, but it soon melted off. As we started heading out, a donut shop passed us by and elder field brought up the idea of going to get some donuts... when have i ever said no to donuts... not very often. Inside there is a family that is super cute.  We just say hello, and the guy asked us what church we go to. after we tell him he gets really excited and says that he went to our church two years ago in another town. when he moved he lost track of the church. he quickly gives us his phone number and address and tells us to come by any time. we have started meeting with him.  he was baptized two years ago and has had a pretty rough life while he was away from the church. we brought a member with us the first time and he connected perfectly, it was the guy that was in burk’s mission. then we met the less-actives wife and she is going to school for interior design, the members we brought wife is doing the same thing. the Lord knows what he is doing. it really could not have worked out more perfectly!!!  A lot of investigators have been coming out of the wood work lately! the Lord is hastening his work and blesses obedient missionaries! thats really all there is to it.
well its week 6 this week... where did this transfer go? it was really quick, but i am learning to love it here.
well it seemed a little bit on the gloomy side for the nymeyer family! stop it, life is good! ha Sterling, rough news about our team... i heard we shot ourselves in the foot... i know how that goes, but life goes on. Ariel, you are a good wife! keep up the good work! Hows the dog doing??? hows thor doing? how is he doing with JP? i worry about that sometimes. ha Lace, i didnt hear a whole lot about your life. i hope work is going good for you. a girl in my district swam for BYU and whenever we talk swimming i think of you! ha you are so great! Chandler, keep being a great dad. Dad, i am so happy you are doing well in your new calling. sounds like coaching is going to be a good this year! tell me how the camp out goes... i am excited to go fishing and camping again one day.
well this saturday we went to dinner with our investigator at denny's. they have all you can eat pancakes... we asked what the record was and they said no one has finished 2 plates (6 pancakes). Challenge Accepted!!!! so we start our journey.... i got to 7 pancakes and elder field 9.... man that was a really bad idea... i think i still have syrup in my veins... but this did not kill my love for pancakes or breakfast foods! just so you know i havent changed too much!
Well, yall i love you tons! be safe and share the gospel!!!
 Elder Nymeyer
