Hello Mom,
This week was pretty cool. one of the best things about being on a mission is i get to witness so many miracle. now these miracles may be more tender mercies of the Lord but its so comforting to know he knows me personally. this is one of the biggest things i have learned on my mission, so many prayers have been answered. there is no way this church cant be true. last night the CES Devo by elder callister was amazing. go and watch it. The Atonement is real. its really cleanses and it really strengthens and changes you.. as long as we give something to the Lord as a sacrifice we will get something in return and the law of the harvest says it will be in greater quantity. i am thankful for tender mercies of the lord, showing me that he loves me personally.
things are going well with the people we are teaching. Brandon, our lead investigator, is progressing really well. stuck on the godhead though. which boggles my mind. why would you believe something so confusing and backwards rather than believe something as simple as a relationship between a father and a son. but we are going to the temple with him this week, hopefully, and president should be there. that will be a really good experience. school is starting back up so Huntsville is really starting to grow in population. by wednesday it should be exploding.
i have the best family in the world, hands down. Dad, you are the man. i could not do some of the things you do everyday. you are a Warrior, not a sheep ha. sad to hear about the Tv but i am glad its fixed now. Sterling and Ariel, its funny to read what mom says about you two. i love yall. Chandler, you are great. dont let the little things get ya down. Lace, you are a great mom, mom sent me the video of JP walking and you sound so happy. Thor just loves getting into trouble huh... got to love him hes the baby!
this week we had Zone meeting. it was cool a lot of crazy stuff! Keys were thrown on the roof, the elder that went up there jumped down and hurt his leg, but for the most part it was fun. there is a place down here called "bucky's" its the biggest gas station like ever... they have just about everything. we will have to go there. but while we were there after zone meeting this kid runs up to us yelling "MORMONS" and gives me a hug... i was taken aback really... he is a member down in spring texas and was on his way to a choir concert. well he says he wants to go on a mission and yaddy yaddy ya and we go our own ways. as soon as we are about to leave the store he comes back and says "Hey can i introduce you to my friends" of course we say yes, and we have a good 10 minute conversation about the church!!! members have so much power to influence people around us. nothing is chance. celinas talk hit that home for me. i love you all so much!!! have a great week
