hello mom!
well I am guessing all of you want to know
about transfer calls. we didn't get the phone call for our zone till
about 10:47... yeah way past my bed time. ha well I am staying in
magnolia for Christmas but elder Su'a is not. he is getting
out of here. Elder Bladh is also leaving (my Zone leader companion) and
the STL (sister training leader), sister shellhous. so big changes in
the klein 2 zone, but good things are going to happen. I will let you
know whats going on when I find out! its going
to be weird being with someone else... Ive been was with this guy for
5.5 months. so lets hope I am not too weird for another companion.
well things are really starting to look up.
Bonny, the miracle we had last week, is progressing really well. we
should be setting a date for baptism on Tuesday. so if you want to put
her in your prayers that would be so awesome. some
of our other investigators need to get their acts together. they just
need baptism and they just cant see it yet. oh my love-hate relationship
with agency. ha
for some reason this week it kinda clicked,
that others aren't getting the whole picture. a lot of the other
church’s doctrines are based on truth. its just a tad bit twisted or
they are missing the overall picture. the one that really
hit me big this week is that its not just about Jesus Christ, its about
getting to the Father. Christ the way to him. so many people we talk to
look to Christ and that's it. they are happy just with a portion of
what the Father can give to us. I am so thankful
to be in a church that get the whole picture. the beginning, the now
and the future. I love going out to tell everyone about it. its the best
thing ever. I just thought I should add that.
the family sounds great. I loved all the
letters. Sterling, things sounds awesome at the park, moving on to
bigger and better things is always better. Ariel, you sound happy as
normal, you are awesome. Lacey, thanks for your words of
encouragement. Chandler, your arm looks good in the picture lace
sent... working out??? ha Dad, sorry about football, did mom have to
remove the sharp objects from the kitchen? ha you are in the teachers
quorum??? that is awesome. you will love that place!!
GGN, that's hard to hear about grandpa. I am glad he is on his way to
getting better. he will be in my prayers. GGC, I hope all is going well.
your letters are really nice to get. I hope Grandpa C is doing better.
all of you are in my prayers. Thor, I hope
is getting less barky... its hard to contain the power of a god. ha
well your son is starting to become a little
chef, with some trial and error. so last Monday we bought some chicken
thighs. Well, I didn't separate them before I froze them so I had a
frozen square of chicken when I went to cook them...
then I forgot to use the microwave to defrost them, yes I tried to
defrost them in the frying pan (dont judge me) then after I realized my
mistake and got them separated I put some oil in a pan and tossed one on
it... then I noticed there could be and easier
way so we cut up the other 3 (because I couldn't refreeze them) then we
got some flour and battered them and fried them up with some seasoning
from the kitchen... it turned out really good. you guys would have been
proud.
well it was fun to see pics of Rainy and
Kaylee... she hasn't written me back FYI not that I am mad or
anything... just saying... rainy will do so good. ha I love all of
you... pray on!!
Elder Nymeyer
