Prayer: Breakfast of Champions‏ Sent: Tue 6/03/14 10:01 AM

Dear Mother!!!
Man, what a week. it has been super crazy!!!, and man i am feeling it... between running from appointment to appointment, going down to the temple, and providing crap tons of service, i am pooped! hopefully i can fill you in with what is going on as life of a missionary in the best mission in Texas (AKA the world).
Well, Monday afternoon i hated the world,  so what is the remedy for that, sleep. hopefully we can have a better P-day this week!!!
we have been working with lauren a lot this week. you know, trying to get everything ready for her baptism coming up, working on the program, getting clothes, you know the good stuff. she texted us today and asked if I would baptize her. i am really excited. i havent been asked to do that yet so it will be a first for both of us, so that will be exciting. she really is awesome, the changes she has made are amazing. i feel like i talk about her all the time, but she is awesome. y'all will need to meet her one day, she is awesome!
i was texting julio this week. if yall dont remember him, he was baptized in magnolia with Elder Su'a and I. he has almost read the whole book of Mormon, he is so great. he hasn’t been able to come to church since he got baptized because of work and such, but i think things are going to change so he can get the priesthood and then go to the temple. ahh so exciting. There is no greater joy than missionary work, that is something that has been very apparent as we have been working this week, which is cool because it all came after a really low point in the week.
here is a cool little miracle for yall back at home, a member of our ward went to Home Depot after a church function where he was dressed up in a suit, and while he was checking out the cashier asked him why he was dressed up. he tells her that he came from church.  she told him that she was looking for a church. our member got all of her information and proceeded to give it to us. we gave her a call and set up an appointment for wednesday of last week.  She and her roommate sat in on the lesson and she really enjoyed it. we set up another appointment and we are really hopeful for her. they both are really awesome and have just been searching for the truth!!! i am so excited!!!
Well everyone seems pretty happy at home. the pictures and videos are awesome. keep them coming. Dad, every time i hear from you i just end up laughing really hard. i am really blessed with a great dad. i cant wait to be home and be able to bike and golf with the boys. its going to be such a fun time. Mom, i hope your week was good. Sterling, be safe. Chandler, i hope all goes well with your G-Pa. Lace, its weird to see you in the water with a baby. haha crazy me. i hope all is going well with your move and such! Ariel, i am glad you are safe and all is going well.
Well this saturday was nuts. we were asked to clean the church building so we went to do that at 9. that took about an hour and we were going to help move someone into our ward at 1:30. on our way home the sisters called and said that there is someone who is moving into our ward right now. so we go and help them move in. it was so hot and muggy. it was an upstairs apartment and just a little crazy. then after some pizza we walk back to the sisters and our car and their front tire is totally flat. so we spend the next hour changing their tire. then when we get to the other move it starts to rain... that doesnt stop us!!! we just keep on chugging along!!! so that move was hot and muggy too and also upstairs. needless to say, that is a reason i may be pooped!!!
i love all of yall, be safe and keep praying. that stuff works!!
