Just another Manic Monday‏ Sent: Tue 5/27/14 4:15 PM

Dearest mother,
Happy Memorial Day everyone. It sounds like everyone is having a great time. My week was pretty busy, let’s see if I can fill you in on most of it.
Monday: we went to the summer institute class with Lauren, which was awesome. I am so excited to jump into that when I get home. Then we had a FHE where we played ninja on campus. Needless to say I am a warrior and not a sheep.
Tuesday: we drove everywhere looking for less actives. It wasn't super successful, but that evening we had dinner with Lauren and met a crazy guy, story later!
Wednesday: we had zone conference. It was President Pingree’s last one. I am devastated beyond all belief. He talked about do we want to please God or man. Then one of the aps goes home this transfer so there will be a new ap with the new mission president. Let's see how that goes
Thursday: we helped our investigator, Brandon, set up for a fundraiser on Friday for JTB (journey through Bethlehem ) so we set up chairs and tables. We stapled a lot of things and just helped around.
Friday: was the Gala. We got there at 2:30 and were working on setting up and just doing other things and we were on our feet serving till 9:30. Man, that was a crazy day. everything basically fell though so we only had 11 servers for 350 people and the caterer dropped so we had to help prepare the food. ha it was pretty hectic, but it all worked out.
Saturday: we went to College Station to get our oil changed and to do an exchange. so we get up there and the place we were going to go was closed and the other place we could go to was super packed. we got in around 230 and didn’t get our car till 745. it was a really long day. we just hung out at the park with the sisters who also had to get their oil changed. then the exchange fell through too so i just picked up my comp and we didn’t end up getting home till 1025, ugh. long day!
Sunday: we whet to check on some people who moved into the ward and they want their names removed. saddest thing ever I have had to do. then just saw some members and some not progressing investigators.
But that was me…. sounds like everyone is doing good. Chandler, is such a boss getting a big boy job! and lacey is doing whatever lacey does. Ariel, taking it easy, sounds like my kinda life. Sterl, work hard and be safe. Dad, you are awesome as always. Mom, glad you are staying busy!!!
so back to that crazy guy on Tuesday. we are talking to him and he tells us a story how he went to "hell." first it started with how he took a hit of acid which was 4 times bigger than normal, then he walked outside and demons were flying and spitting on him, and this story goes on and on for a good 5 minutes, then he found Jesus. So moral of that story, dont do acid....

i love all of you guys. be safe and have a good Memorial Day!!!
