mom.
At zone meeting we had a goal setting lesson.  we wrote all of our goals on a piece of wood. then on the other side we wrote every obstacle that would stop us.  elder hardy (zone leader) said "we've got to break through those to our goals" when he said that he punched through the board. so everyone one in the zone punched through the board. everyone did it but one girl, sister folsom (she's awesome, in my district from utah). she tried so many times. i have it on video. on her last try she gets on her knees and says we need to pray. so she does. it was a super cool prayer. then she gets up and busted through the board on the first time. how cool is that? so what is the moral of the story???? well, the church is true... and if we truly want to get to our goals, we need to put all of our faith into God. the goals dont have to be only needs. the Lord will give you your wants as well as your needs. we just need to ask for it. the rest of the week is good. we are teaching some promising people. just some marriage issues, as always. one of our less actives was part of a gang (latin kings) yeah, he is hard core we had interviews this week. that was fun. sister pingree taught about all ways be finding and to start singing more. its awkward but always so good. so my comp, he got his visa so he is going down to brazil march 11 and transfers are the 14. so i might be in a trio for a little bit. he is an awesome guy. he is a great teacher. he is just so excited to go to brazil so he is a bit lazy up here. hayden and jake, dont do that. if you have to wait in the states for your visa, always work hard. yes, i know you wont stay here long, but you have work to do here. so always keep working hard. so i think i will train again next transfer. can you say i havent had a comp for more than a transfer. apartment is good. we finally got a washer and dryer but our dryer just died before we could use it... talk about bumer . the Lord doesnt want me to dry my clothes. ha! i dont know when my next zone conference is.  we wont go to the temple this transfer. its closed for cleaning. mom, sorry for not writing you real letters. buying stamps sucks. but i will send one this week.

well lacey, i still cant imagine you prego... its a weird thought. you will be an awesome mom. just dont throw her toys outside. ha chandler, you are the man. i am glad to hear work is going good. you will be an awesome dad. dont let sterling make little baby hate me. i know thats his plan.  sterling, glad to hear you are good. sorry to hear about your house is leaky. that not fun. i hope it will get better. ariel, i heard you were sick. get better!!!  dad, you are awesome. i am glad you got to go to that suns game. is it just me or have you guys started to do a lot more cool things now that i am gone? i think so. thor, i saw a rotti pitbull puppy. it reminded me of you. though he was gray, he looked like a rotti. also we were parked outside of this house to go over to our lesson and this huge rotti was just barking his face off at us, so cute.

well, my life in texas is awesome. it was super cold this week. i didnt like it. we helped at a marathon saturday (it was "go texan" day) it was so cold. i hated it, but there was free food, so that was nice. i love you guys. know that i am doing the right thing out here. thank you for all of the prayers and letters. i love all of them. keep the faith
