dear mom
sorry for writing late. you know how it goes, but look i am writing
now! thanks family for writing me! chandler: don't worry about it.
everyday things make you stronger, and two fish??? are you going to
bring them to Sunday dinner? ha Lacey: thanks for those quotes. yes i do
study out his book, i go to elders quorum meetings twice so i get
double the Snow! ha i am so excited to hear about the baby!! but i am
sad about Leo. he was a good dawg. Ariel: you aren't a crappy sister in
law. no that isn't here but she is a recent convert in my ward. she is
so awesome. she feeds us a lot, so she is nice. haha i am sorry to hear
about your paranoia. if sterling was stronger he could protect you. i
can see another set of straight As in your future. Sterlo: about time
you wrote me. glad to hear you are doing good. anything thing that is
mine is yours, so no worries. Thor: i love you, stop getting so big.
don't eat any more rat poison. Dad: wow that is a long week! but as you
said it can only go up from there. keep up the good work. Mom: you are
wonderful. i can't wait for that package. its going to be awesome to
have my own GPS. we are borrowing one and have to give it back this
week. i haven't taken a lot of pictures yet. i took some videos, but i
would need to get one of those padded envelopes and those cost money and
time ha
this week was pretty good, i had zone conference. that was fun,
they sang happy birthday to me, crazy right, but i got candy out of it. i
have to push back the date on one of the baptisms. these crazy people .
i set another baptismal date. this time for the 17th. he studied
theology in college and knew there was something more. good thing he
found us. i am super pumped about that. in church this week we had like 3
members invite investigators to church. it was awesome and one just
showed up. the one that showed up is awesome, his brother is a member
and he just moved to Conroe. they are two huge black guys, one is called
jermaine. awesome. mom, thanks for saying that to our ward. being out
on a mission i have tried really hard to get that relationship with the
youth and it helps a lot. I hope having a connection with the youth will
make missionary work stronger. also, another thing that could help the
missionary work is something we are starting down here. its having the
ward have a "family mission plan" sounds cheesy, but it seems like it
will help. we are going to do it for the first time tonight. its just
goals for the members to help in missionary works, i.e. once every two
weeks give a referral, have the missionaries over for dinner with an
investigator.... stuff like that.
so for pday i went to the Nike Clearance store (i needed to buy
some shoes, i was having withdrawals). i got some nice shoes for $16.
yeah awesome. we went bowling yesterday, it was weird cause there was
real music, crazy. i needed to put a shirt and tie on fast, ha
i think thats it. i love all of yall. you are so wonderful.
love
elder nymeyer
