Mom, sorry for being so late these last couple of p- days.
we went shopping at the woodlands mall today... my companion is worse than the
sisters in my district. jeez. i am glad i am an american everyday! okay, so to
answer some questions. super bowl, i dont know if we were allowed to watch it.
we saw a little of the last half of the game. i think everyone in my
mission saw a little bit of the game. man, do i miss sports, one day
right. hmmmm dad, man your life always seems really busy, but you are the
man. keep up the good work. chan, good job on the open house you
picked the right woman for the job. i am sure you already know that thought huh?
lace, i cant imagine you pregnant at all. there is a girl in my district that
reminds me of you... sometimes. i dont see my mission president too often. i wish i
saw him more. he is such a good guy. very touchy feely. its kinda weird cause
thats not like how we are. he always comes in for a big hug. sometimes it
catches me off guard. crazy. sterling/ariel, you guys are awesome. good
luck in school and work. sorry to hear about your
car.
so what are the colors of the
kitchen? is there going to be metal on the walls in the kitchen? i need to know!
i love that place. glad to hear the tute is going good. business as
usual, i am guessing. i dont know if i will ever not be a
greeney, seems like i am going to be like this my whole mission, but i sure
hope not, that would suck. transfers are wednessday, almost done. sometimes
i think its going fast and other times its moving so slow. i keep
hearing that it does but who knows. i went to the temple 2 weeks ago.
i keep forgetting to tell you, but not this time. its really small but
super pretty. i would love for you to get the chance to see it some day. it
looks like a castle. pretty cool i think. we go once a transfer. i like it. this
next transfer will only be 5 weeks. so i lose a week kinda cause the next
transfer will be back to 6 weeks, or at least that is what i hear. hmmm we have
a baptism these next two saturdays. pretty pumped. they are doing so well. both
in second ward. i hope they bring in another set of missionaries. the area is so
big. so who knows. i worked on the ranch again this week. moved a lot of fallen
branches and such. my comp drove into a tree. he's from chile... not the best
driver, lets just say that.
so
last monday we were at the mission office writing emails and the president was
there. when i finished writing my email i saw the president and said i
liked his tie, and he says " thank you, do you want it?" now i didnt want to be
that guys who asks for the president's tie, but he gave it to me from around his
neck. i was pretty excited to say the least.
life in texas is good. i cant
wait to get my hat and stuff. that will be a good day. so i love yall so much.
stay strong, keep it up!
love
elder nymeyer
